• Defense of Motor Vehicle and Recreational Equipment Product Liability Cases

The Law Offices of Larry M. Roth, P.A. has made a commitment to concentrate its defense resources and legal abilities to only a select number of product manufacturers. The Firm's goal is to aggressively defend these clients by providing hands-on contact, personalized service, and total commitment to their interests. By limiting its acceptance of representation in these areas, the Firm is better able to provide the high level of attention and skill that the product manufacturing clients need and desire, while approaching the representation in an efficacious and economic way.

• Defending Certain Products

The Firm's products liability defense is concentrated on claims against the primary safety and crashworthiness of its clients motor vehicles, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles and motor scooters. Recreational products such as All-Terrain Vehicles and Personal Watercraft. Our clients also are defended on their marine products, power equipment, and a small number of light construction models.

In civil tort cases, the Firm accepts limited referrals for large P.I. matters. The Firm has concentrated its plaintiffs PL work to specialized pharmaceutical cases, and will evaluate cases, where the issues are challenging and complex, economic and non-economic damages are substantial, and good liability causation exists, the latter which is evaluated by retained consultants.

• Plaintiffs' Cases in Personal Injury and Commercial Matters

The Law Offices of Larry M. Roth, P.A., in keeping with its philosophy of aggressive and focused representation of only a few clients, accepts a limited number of claims involving injured Plaintiffs where there are complex issues and substantial damages, and in commercial cases.

The Firm looks to those cases where unfortunate, but substantial injuries have occurred to persons whether from industrial accidents, non-PL automotive crashes, security matters, or whenever the human body and brain sustain trauma.

These types of cases are taken on a contingency fee basis. No recovery, no fee. Although no result is guaranteed or promised, the Firm is committed to aggressively prosecuting your legal rights within and to the extent of the law.
